Inside Sales (International Voice)

The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) position at Clean Harbors India in Bengaluru, Hebbal is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1+ years of experience in international voice process, specifically in US Shifts. As an ISAM, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers in the US/Canada market, across various industries with strong sales strategies. Your role involves hands-on research on customers" needs, interests, demographics, product/service demands, and market trends to create strategies that expand business development activities. You will be expected to build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies, leveraging these relationships to generate new business and ensure high customer satisfaction for Clean Harbors. Maintaining the sales pipeline, preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and collaborating with team members on outbound prospecting campaigns will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Utilizing Salesforce (CRM) software to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities, as well as maintaining customer accounts up-to-date, will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in B2B & B2C outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in English communication, relationship building skills, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. A strong work ethic, high integrity, willingness to learn, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. Being disciplined in business management, meeting sales targets, overcoming objections from gatekeepers and decision-makers, and presenting confidently at all levels are key skills required for this role. Prior knowledge of waste management and environmental science will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.
