Role & responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and pitch relevant product features and solutions.
  • Conduct product demos virtually and explain value proposition clearly.
  • Maintain and updated information in portal; ensure proper tracking.
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to move them through the funnel.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for installation, demos, and closures, renewals as per the project assigned.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers to create trust and interest.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with strong interest in customer-facing roles.
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle customer interactions confidently.
  • Quick learner with basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and good with follow-ups.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take feedback.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
