Job Description

  • Lead the inside sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs and quotas.
  • Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the inside sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts/reports.
  • Identify new opportunities, market trends, and innovative approaches for business expansion.
  • Implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, sales ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
