Job Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, communicating with potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and sales to drive revenue growth. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet sales targets Utilize sales software such as Salesforce to track leads and opportunities Skills Proficient in customer service and telemarketing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively Knowledge of technology sales and technical products Experience in software or technical sales is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: total: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
