Inside Sales - Executive/Sr. Executive

As a Customer Service Sales representative, you will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills to determine the customers needs and help them select the appropriate products and services.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about being a trusted advisor for the customers evaluating the company products and are self driven.

You will be directly responsible for reaching out to the corporate individuals who are evaluating our SaaS product. We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency, a positive, winning attitude and an outstanding capacity to understand customer problems & position the product as a solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute calls to perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
  • Understand the customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Strong understanding of Customers business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers business goals.
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about products available for customers
  • Set up and deliver product demonstrations
  • Provide answers to (technical/non technical) questions
  • Follow-up with prospective clients for demo, testing & technical discussions
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into customers
  • Effectively manage the assigned customers who are under the free trial convert into sales
  • Generate a pipeline by making 40 calls/ day and 4 Demos
  • Update activities in the CRM and provide an update on a weekly basis.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.
  • Shall be involved in end to end support and selling of various SAAS products to medium - large organizations
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about ProProfs competitive positioning in the marketplace.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and sell software oriented solutions
  • Proven experience in a metric driven sales support environment.
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM.
  • 1-5 years of experience in International call center environment
  • Sales experience in a technology oriented field or selling to an international customer base
  • Prior experience in SAAS is a plus.
  • Able to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
