Job Title: Sales Executive (12-Hour Shifts) Job Summary: The Sales Executive, working in 12-hour shifts at our office, plays a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This position involves engaging with potential clients, promoting products or services, and closing deals within the designated territory. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition to customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and identify potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Utilize various sales techniques to present products or services to customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Achieve individual and team sales targets within the specified time frame. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and maximizing sales opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
