As a Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales for our company through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone. You will play a crucial role in closing sales deals and nurturing positive customer interactions. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills and a knack for engaging with people. Comfortably presenting products and services, addressing inquiries, and resolving doubts are key aspects of this position. Your ultimate objective is to drive customer acquisition and business development to foster company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our products and services, following provided scripts as necessary - Address customer queries effectively and provide detailed information about our offerings - Identify customer needs through strategic questioning and close sales accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, when necessary to streamline customer interactions - Maintain accurate customer records in the database or Excel sheets - Process license generation requests promptly and accurately - Handle customer grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation - Strive to exceed sales targets and pave the way for future sales opportunities - Document call details, sales outcomes, and any relevant information for future reference Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role - Prior exposure to product-based sales is a plus - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas, particularly via phone-based interactions - Ability to quickly grasp product/service knowledge and effectively communicate its value to prospects - Proficiency in English and Hindi with strong interpersonal skills - Calm under pressure and adept at managing rejection - Exceptional negotiation skills to address concerns and resolve issues effectively Additional Information: - Salary Range: 2.5 LPA - Provident Fund (PF) benefits - Medical insurance coverage Please note: Proficiency in Hindi is essential for this role.,
