Inside Sales Executive (Voice Process)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll engage with leads via outbound calls, promote our products/services, and drive conversions — all from the comfort of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential customers/leads
• Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals (B2C focus)
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities in CRM tools
• Respond to inbound queries when needed and assist in lead conversion
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist in lead generation, database building, and market feedback collection
• Report sales performance and customer feedback to the team lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Ability to handle outbound calling and convert cold leads
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms)
• A positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: 14,000 - 18,000
