Job Description

Job Title: Academic Counsellor Location: Bhopal (Work from Office) Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday can be a working day, with any other weekday as an off) Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents over phone regarding available courses and offerings. Understand their needs and recommend suitable programs. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and persuasion. Meet weekly/monthly enrolment and conversion targets. Maintain lead details and update follow-up status regularly. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in counselling/sales is preferred. Comfortable working on Sundays with a weekday off. Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM is a plus.
