Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and scheduling meetings for the field sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Explain company services (Data Recovery, Cyber Security, E-waste Solutions, etc.) and generate interest.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction details.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of inside sales and tele-calling processes.
• Basic knowledge of IT services or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Experience in Inside Sales/Telemarketing/Telesales preferred (0–2 years).
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
