Inside Sales Executive

Superhhero Learning is a structured, online-first education platform specializing in Mathematics coaching for ICSE Class 10 and Kerala Plus Two students. As an EdTech company based in Kerala, we deliver learning through recorded classes, live sessions, and personalized mentorship. Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our remote team. You will play a key role in connecting with students and parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them to enroll in our online Maths programs. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a performance-driven incentive structure, suitable for candidates looking to build a career in EdTech sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Reach out to incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email Clearly explain course offerings and answer student/parent queries , Understand academic goals and suggest the best-fit programs , Follow up consistently to close enrollments and meet monthly targets . Maintain accurate records of interactions .

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Confidence in handling phone and WhatsApp-based conversations Strong persuasion and follow-up skills Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
