Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in South Dum-Dum. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and conducting sales activities. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting and upselling services, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for driving engagement and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Previous experience in PR, marketing, or media industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
