This role primarily focuses on maintaining strong relationships with students parents via calls, emails, and messages. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with creative flair.
? Calling & Follow-ups: Regularly call parents to provide updates, gather feedback, and address queries.
? Email & Messaging: Draft and send timely email and message updates to parents about student progress, schedules, and events.
? Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of communication with parents and update CRM tools as required.
? Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor in all interactions with parents.
? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing.
? Professional Experience: 6 months - 1 year Experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles.
? Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel
