We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, qualifying leads, and helping convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert them into potential opportunities. Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services. Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives or technical teams. Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and pipeline building. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and drive lead engagement. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activity.
