Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to start a career in the freight forwarding industry. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services and generate leads
• Support the sales team by following up on inquiries, quotes, and pending proposals
• Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accurate contact and activity records
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to fulfil clients’ requirements
• Assist in preparing sales reports, client presentations, and quotation documents
• Handle inbound queries related to pricing, service offerings, and basic technical information
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
• Provide post-sales support by coordinating updates and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
