Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to start a career in the freight forwarding industry. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for assisting customers by resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding shipment status, tracking, documentation, and rates.
• Shipment Coordination: Assist in the coordination and booking of shipments (both import and export) with shipping lines, airlines, and other vendors.
• Documentation: Prepare, check, and process necessary shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and commercial invoices.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process, keeping customers informed at all times.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update shipment information in our internal system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, sales, and accounting teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
