Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves handling inquiries related to our acoustic products and providing exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in assisting potential clients, explaining product features, and helping guide them through the purchasing process. Experience: Fresher / Experience (0 – 2 yrs) Gender: Female Responsibilities: • Should work on India Mart leads related to acoustic products (training will be provided). • Handle general inquiries from potential clients and customers. • Explain the features, benefits, and specifications of our acoustic products. • Provide information on product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads and transfer relevant information to the appropriate sales department for further action. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong verbal communication skills. • Strong eagerness to learn. • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for sales and customer service. • Freshers with a passion for learning and growth in sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
