Job Description

Contact existing and potential customers using structured scripts. Understand customer specifications and offer appropriate product solutions. Address queries and provide information related to Gorek's product range. Maintain accurate call logs, update lead status, and manage CRM entries. Process product orders efficiently and support the Sales team with lead qualification. Maintain consistent follow-up schedules for lead nurturing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
