Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the executive courses.

2. Understand each candidates profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations.

3. Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.

4. Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.

5. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills with fluency in English. (Must Have)

Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.
