About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing product information to customers, understanding client needs, generating leads through cold calling, meeting sales targets, and managing follow ups with potential customers using CRM software.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide a detailed description of the Products to the Customers.
2. Understanding client needs and assisting them with the requested queries.
3. Responding to Client Queries effectively via calls.
4. Continuous Cold Calling on assigned leads in CRM.
5. Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
6. Close Orders and complete monthly sales target.
7. Maintaining Proper follow-ups via call with potential customers with the help of CRM Software.
Skills Required:
1. Education: Any UG/PG.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. High energy and a customer-first approach
4. Willingness to make cold calls.
