Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a remote position focused on identifying potential business leads, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting them into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service presentations.Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.Maintain a detailed record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfactionKey Skills Required:Strong sales and communication skillsKnowledge of the recruitment and staffing industryExcellent relationship-building and client-handling capabilitiesConfidence in cold calling and presenting servicesTarget-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goalsProficiency in preparing proposals, emails, and basic contract documentationAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
