Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a remote position focused on identifying potential business leads, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting them into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking. Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service presentations. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. Maintain a detailed record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction Key Skills Required: Strong sales and communication skills Knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry Excellent relationship-building and client-handling capabilities Confidence in cold calling and presenting services Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goals Proficiency in preparing proposals, emails, and basic contract documentation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup Locations : Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune,Remote
