Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Qualify and convert leads into potential business opportunities
Prepare and send quotations/proposals based on client requirements
Follow up with clients on quotes, payments, and deliveries
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams for smooth execution of orders
Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and client interactions
Support field sales team with documentation and backend support
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales (preferably in industrial products or B2B sales)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
