Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate (Telecalling & Lead Coordination)

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential home buyers and investors over the phone, qualifying leads, and coordinating property visits. You will play a key role in driving the sales process through effective communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and investors from our database.
• Qualify leads based on their property needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
• Nurture leads through regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits or walk-ins for interested buyers.
• Assist the sales team by confirming client appointments and tracking meeting outcomes.
• Maintain and update the lead management system with accurate and detailed information.
• Work closely with sales executives to maximize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is essential.
• Prior experience in real estate, tele calling, or inside sales is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
