Inside Sales Executive - Real Estate - Required Females

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing walk-in clients and inbound/outbound sales inquiries. Your role will involve lead conversion, client engagement, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in clients at the office/project site, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options. - Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and encourage site visits. - Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and unique selling points of the property. - Coordinate and schedule site visits for walk-in and call-in leads. - Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a smooth handover and follow-up. - Update and maintain lead status in CRM tools and generate regular reports. - Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets. - Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a positive brand image during client interactions. - Provide post-visit follow-up and nurture leads until final closure. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or client-facing roles (real estate experience is advantageous). - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Customer-oriented attitude and confidence in face-to-face discussions. - Basic knowledge of real estate products and market trends. - Fluency in English and the local language. - Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per client schedules (with a weekday off). In addition to the role-specific details mentioned above, the job is full-time and requires working day shifts in person. Experience in inside sales for at least 2 years is preferred for this role.,
