Inside Sales Executive - Real Estate - Required Females

You are a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive responsible for managing walk-in clients at our site/office and handling inbound/outbound sales inquiries. Your key role involves lead conversion, client engagement, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from the initial contact to site visit and deal closure. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable property options, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, making outbound calls to follow up with leads, explaining project details, pricing, amenities, and USP of the property, coordinating and scheduling site visits, collaborating with the field sales team for smooth handover, updating lead status in CRM tools, achieving monthly conversion and sales targets, maintaining a professional appearance and positive brand image, providing post-visit follow-up, and nurturing leads until final closure. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred), have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or client-facing roles (real estate experience is a strong plus), excellent communication and persuasion skills, customer-oriented attitude, basic knowledge of real estate products and market trends, fluency in English and local language, and be willing to work on weekends and holidays as per client schedules. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
