Job Summary

Inside Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments/demos for senior sales teams if required.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for lead conversion.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
