Profile :Inside Sales Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads through B2B platforms: India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial, etc.
• Generate new business via tele calling, inbound walk-ins, and digital outreach.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics communication.
• Promote offers and product information via social media and online channels.
• Maintain customer records, follow-up logs, and sales reports in Excel & CRM.
• Track competitor pricing, trends, and B2B presence for market intelligence.
• _ Stay updated with new product lines and service developments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

⬛ Key Skills & Competencies

• Prior experience with India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial platforms.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
• CRM operation knowledge and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of iron, steel, or industrial products preferred.
• Willingness to travel if needed within the assigned region.

◆* Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream
• Diploma in Marketing, IT, or relevant specialization (preferred)

Experience

• 2–3 years in online B2B sales
• Experience with iron & steel or metal product industries is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
