Job Description

Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  2. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
  3. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  6. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
  8. Provide product information, pricing, and other relevant details to customers
