Position: International Inside Sales Executive (US Process)

full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
• Onboard new clients onto the platform
• Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to spot trends and business opportunities
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and negotiate deals
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM tools regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  International Sales / Business Development

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in market research and prospecting
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working

  night shift (US business hours)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (added advantage)
• Prior US sales experience is highly preferred
