Role: International Sales Executive (US Process)

A full-time, on-site role for a motivated and target-driven professional who will handle international outbound sales and build strong relationships with US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers via outbound calls and email communication
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in

  International Sales / US Calling Process

• Strong customer service & account management skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in

  Night Shift (US Hours)

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM or sales tools is a plus
• Strong organizational & analytical skills
