Job Summary:

We're seeking an Inside Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Conduct product demos, presentations, and pitches to customers and prospects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Provide feedback to management on sales strategies, customer needs, and market trends

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in sales.
