About the job: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in cold calling and B2B sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the fast-paced recruitment industry and a proven track record of generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and closing opportunities through phone and email outreach. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects to generate interest and qualify leads. 2. Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. 3. Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, product, and competitive landscape to handle objections and engage prospects. 4. Schedule meetings or product demos for account executives or senior sales team members. 5. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, update lead status, and manage pipelines efficiently. 6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance and targeting. 7. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rate, and qualified leads generated. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience in a B2B environment. 2. Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales efforts. 3. Experience in the recruitment industry preferred. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 6. Proficient in CRM systems and sales automation tools. 7. Self-motivated with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
