Job Description

JET INDIA is a leading provider of premium Air Hygiene Solutions for Commercial and Industrial Spaces. We are committed to delivering Energy-Efficient, High-performance Air Curtains barrier systems that ensure hygiene, comfort, and cost savings. Job Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to potential customers including Air Conditioning Dealers, Pharma Industry, Food Industry, Contractors, facility managers, and businesses. Understand customer requirements and promote suitable Air Curtain models and features. Educate customers on product benefits like energy efficiency, hygiene, temperature control, and dust/pest prevention. Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer interaction details. Schedule appointments and product demos for field sales or technical teams. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion. Key Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in Industrial Products or Air Conditioners / Large Appliances. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and regional language. Good understanding of customer handling, objection management, and upselling. Basic knowledge of Air Curtains or HVAC Products is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Sheets.
