Inside Sales Executive (IT)

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media. You will need to have a good understanding of customer needs and requirements in order to present suitable IT products and solutions effectively. Additionally, you will be required to schedule and conduct product demos or online presentations to showcase our offerings to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities - Understand customer needs and requirements - Present suitable IT products and solutions - Schedule and conduct product demos or online presentations - Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales strategies and client engagement - Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus - Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role after the initial 6-month contract period.
