Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media. You will need to have a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements in order to effectively present suitable IT products and solutions to them. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting product demos or online presentations, as well as following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media. - Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable IT products and solutions. - Schedule and conduct product demos or online presentations. - Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales strategies and client engagement. - Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. - Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
