As an Inside Sales Executive focused on International Sales with night shift, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, effectively communicating program benefits, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Your strong skills in lead conversion, client relationship management, and sales negotiation will be key in contributing to our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential clients and effectively communicate program benefits. - Develop and implement strategies to meet individual and team sales targets. - Deeply understand program offerings and convey their value to prospective clients. - Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. - Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs. - Negotiate and successfully close sales deals. - Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. - 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the EdTech sector. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools. - Collaborative mindset with strong customer service orientation.,
