Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Hanna Instruments, a leading manufacturer of scientific instruments used across various industries, your role will involve providing technical sales and customer support for a wide range of products such as PH meters, Conductivity meters, Titrators, Turbidity meters, and process instruments. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating activities in the CRM, and identifying sales opportunities based on customer needs. Additionally, you will be creating and maintaining a customer database, demonstrating product features, staying informed about competitors, upselling products, and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical sales and customer support for scientific instruments like Ph meters, EC meters, Titrators, etc. - Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and update daily activities in the CRM. - Identify sales opportunities, answer customer inquiries, send additional information via email, and stay updated on product/service information. - Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, demonstrate product features, stay informed about competitors, upsell products/services, research new leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets. **Qualification Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Science, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
