We are expanding our Inside Sales team to accelerate lead generation and build a strong outbound pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development & Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in our global growth strategy.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM-based prospecting.
Conduct market research to identify key decision-maker across the USA, Europe, and India in target
industries.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads and ensure CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Set up initial calls and meetings for the Business Development team.
Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with outbound efforts.
Assist in creating sales collateral, pitch decks, and email templates when needed.
Track KPIs such as number of calls/emails sent, meetings booked, and lead conversion rates.
0-1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation in B2B IT Services or Product Engineering domains.
Proven success with cold outreach and setting up qualified meetings.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global sales environment.
Experience engaging clients in IoT, Telecom (5G), Embedded Systems, or Digital Platforms.
Understanding of industry events and outreach strategies (e.g., MWC, webinars).
Familiarity with working under a structured marketing-business development collaboration setup.
