Sales Executive / Team Leader – Travel & Tourism

Company: Nitsa Holidays
Location: Head Office – Delhi (with 25 branches across India)
Experience: Proven experience in Sales (Travel industry preferred)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹60,000/month (Performance-based)
Accommodation: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executives and Team Leaders to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of travel packages and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client travel requirements and prepare customized itineraries accordingly.
  • Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international tour packages based on client preferences.
  • Present travel options effectively, negotiate, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage bookings and ensure all client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle payment collection, reminders, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Sales, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, energetic personality, and a passion for travel.
