About Kolo

Kolo helps homeowners choose the right interior designers, contractors, and products. Our paid program SmartSelect guides them step-by-step to save money and get better quality work.

Your job

Call homeowners who show interest in interiors (inbound leads).
Understand what they need: budget, style, timeline, problems.
Explain SmartSelect clearly and build trust.
Handle doubts and close the sale.
Do regular follow-ups and update CRM.
Hit monthly conversion targets.

Who can apply

Freshers are welcome if you have:

Good communication in English + Malayalam
Confidence to talk on phone for long calls.
Interest in sales and learning interiors basics.
Strong drive to achieve targets.
Basic comfort with tools like Sheets/CRM (training provided).

We look for

High energy and positive attitude
Patience and empathy with customers
Persistence (can handle rejection)
Discipline in follow-ups
Willingness to learn fast
