Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Job Description

Looking for freshers only with good communication skills and having knowledge in Sales and IT.

Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing inbound/outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. They support the sales team by handling day-to-day communication with potential customers, primarily via phone, email, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead activities.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and pipeline creation.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency with Excel sheet and data creation tool-Lusha,ZoomInfo
• High level of motivation and goal orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
