Key Responsibilities

• Calling prospects to introduce and promote our services
• Generating and qualifying leads
• Making follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement
• Assisting new users with onboarding
• Closing sales and achieving assigned targets
• Resolving customer queries efficiently
• Managing and improving sales processes
• Gathering and reporting customer feedback
• Consistently achieving KPIs and sales goals

Key Skills

• Good listener with strong communication abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets
• Motivated by results and target achievement
• Experience or interest in CRM tool management

Note:
This position involves selling services remotely (via phone, email, or online platforms), without the need to meet clients face-to-face.
