Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a growing cybersecurity solutions provider dedicated to helping organizations safeguard their digital assets. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can contribute to our inside sales and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
• Support in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduation: IT background – BCA / BCS / B.E. / B.Tech
• Masters: MBA in Marketing (preferred)
• 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales and/or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry will be an added advantage.

Location: Pune (Kharadi)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
