Job Description Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Chat Process Location: Koramangala Job Type: Full-time Work Mode:Work from Office Salary: 20000 to 24000 + incentives Shift timings: 6am to 11pm ( between that 9 hours) Languages: English and Hindi ( Mandatory) Minimum qualification: Graduate/ PUC Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound customer inquiries via chat Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services. Educate prospects about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of our diagnostic solutions. Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments or sales through persuasive selling techniques. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions and outcomes using CRM tools. Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert, using predefined workflows. Collaborate with call center teams, lab coordination teams, and marketing for seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion and productivity targets.
