We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our insurance sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and selling insurance products over the phone or through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels.
2. Sales Conversions: Present insurance products to customers, address their queries, and close sales deals.
3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, including policy features, benefits, and exclusions.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to company sales processes and procedures.
6. Data Management: Accurately update customer information and sales data in CRM systems.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year inside sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
2. Strong understanding of insurance products (Corporate Insurance Sales)
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
