Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Executive with 14 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, to join our team at Capital Placement Services in Sector - 63, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities to feed partners.
Integrate fully with field operations in each region.
Discuss solutions with customers related to business requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 14 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in inside sales, IT consulting, or business development is an added advantage.
