Role & responsibilities

  • Minimum7 years of experience

    as a

    Business Development Representative (BDR)

    or inside sales professional, preferably at an

    Advisory firm

    ,

    Risk Consulting

    , or

    GRC-focused company

    .
  • Strong understanding of Internal Audit processes

    , risk assessment methodologies,

    SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance

    , and other regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and

    selling audit, risk, or compliance services and solutions

    to enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder roles in audit and compliance (e.g., Internal Audit Directors, Compliance Officers, Risk Managers, CFOs, CISOs).
  • Proven ability to articulate complex GRC concepts and value propositions in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
