Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and product knowledge.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements: -

- Proven ability to establish effective sales processes and meet sales goals.

- Knowledge of inside sales principles and practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. (Absolutely no compromise on this).

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

- Must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection at home for backup, if required.
