Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sell products or services to customers through
phone calls, emails, and live chat

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in
inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management
.
Confident, energetic, and dynamic
personality with a passion for sales.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
.
Strong ability to
convert customer interest into successful sales
.
Good
time management and organizational skills
.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
